Introduction of new query module

In continuation of CGTMSE's efforts in improving its customer service and further reducing the response time, the Trust has developed a query module for the benefit of its MLIs with regard to their general/specific queries. The MLIs can now post their queries using an option 'Queries' available on screen after login to our website. The process for the same is given in the Annexure. The Trust shall ensure that the queries are responded in a time-bound manner. We are confident that the proposed services would be very beneficial to the MLIs.

Kindly bring the contents of this circular to the notice of all your offices.

Steps for Query module

  1. Login MLI user
  2. Use option 'Queries' available on screen after login to our website
  3. MLIs are required to provide the name of the official posting the query under contact person, mobile number, email Id. This will enable CGTMSE to get in touch with the concerned official of the MLI for further clarification on the query, if any.
  4. Select the appropriate department in CGTMSE based on the nature of query and describe the query in the given table.
  5. MLIs can view the status of their query by using path: Reports & MIS => Status Wise query report => Open/Closed. CGTMSE’s reply to the MLI queries would be available under Closed Status Wise query report and pending queries will appear under Open Status.

Please note that while posting the query, a specific guarantee application number, CGPAN number, claim reference number may invariably be given, wherever applicable, for quick disposal of the query.
